Every Calcaterra order ships at no cost, wherever you are. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Each timepiece is individually inspected before packing. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
We ship internationally
to most destinations.
Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Calcaterra ships internationally to most countries on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the price you see at checkout. The total at checkout is the total you pay. No surprise invoice on delivery.
Calcaterra cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which can extend transit times by a few days depending on destination.
